“My career started 7 years ago with ERM, prior to joining the team I was a royal engineer in the British Army with HV experience but limited earthing knowledge. ERM helped me develop my knowledge at a pace which I was comfortable with, I started as an assistant and within 3 months I was promoted to Team Leader.
